MIMOSA FLOWER CUBES- 5 minutes to prep and in the MIMOSA FLOWER CUBES- 5 minutes to prep and in the freezer they go! I love having on hand when an impromptu gathering happens. Elegant and fun yet easiest ever!

Crockpot Chicken Parmesan! Add to your weekly rota Crockpot Chicken Parmesan! Add to your weekly rotation. So easy so good all 3 of my kids devour it every single time.

AIR FRYER CRISPY ARTICHOKE HEARTS 2 jars of mari AIR FRYER CRISPY ARTICHOKE HEARTS 

2 jars of marinated artichokes, drained (do not rinse) 
Salt and pepper 
Chopped Parsley
1/2 Lemon
Lots of freshly grated Parmesan 
1/3 cup Olive oil 
1 1/2 T Dijon mustard, more to taste 
3 T Red wine vinegar 

Add artichokes to a bowl and toss with salt and pepper. Add to air fryer at 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. Top with chopped parsley, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and lots of grated Parmesan. Enjoy as is or with Dijon vinaigrette, lemon aioli or sauce of choice! Whisk up olive oil, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, and serve as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!!!
Chicken sausage and broccoli orzo!! My whole famil Chicken sausage and broccoli orzo!! My whole family loves this meal and it’s one I can make quickly with kids running around and hardly any mess to clean up. It’s ideal for busy weeknights.
