AIR FRYER CRISPY ARTICHOKE HEARTS 2 jars of mari AIR FRYER CRISPY ARTICHOKE HEARTS 

2 jars of marinated artichokes, drained (do not rinse) 
Salt and pepper 
Chopped Parsley
1/2 Lemon
Lots of freshly grated Parmesan 
1/3 cup Olive oil 
1 1/2 T Dijon mustard, more to taste 
3 T Red wine vinegar 

Add artichokes to a bowl and toss with salt and pepper. Add to air fryer at 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. Top with chopped parsley, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and lots of grated Parmesan. Enjoy as is or with Dijon vinaigrette, lemon aioli or sauce of choice! Whisk up olive oil, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, and serve as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!!!
Chicken sausage and broccoli orzo!! My whole famil Chicken sausage and broccoli orzo!! My whole family loves this meal and it’s one I can make quickly with kids running around and hardly any mess to clean up. It’s ideal for busy weeknights.

Easter bunny egg in a hole! 🐰 Using a bunny cooki Easter bunny egg in a hole! 🐰

Using a bunny cookie cutter, cut a bunny out of the center of a slice of bread. Add to a hot skillet with melted butter and cook until golden and slightly toasted. Flip bread and crack an egg into the hole. Season with salt and pepper and cook on medium low for a few minutes until egg is starting to firm. Flip once more and cook for a minute or two more depending on how you and your kids like your eggs. Add in the cut out bunny pieces to toast up before serving. 

Add chives for the whiskers and serve with the toasted bunny cut out and fresh fruit! Enjoy!!

Come to Trader Joe’s with us! Here are some of the Come to Trader Joe’s with us! Here are some of the things my kids love! 

1. Yogurt squishers- I don’t know what is is but they only love these! I keep in the freezer. 
2. Guacamole packs- love these for a healthy snack or lunchbox item 
3. Freeze Dried Fruits - always have these in my pantry or purse! Strawberry mango and banana are our favorites. 
4. Chocolate Croissants- such a great weekend treat! 
5. Cacio e Pepe ravioli- great for quick weeknight dinners or adding to lunchboxes! 
6. Rosatella pasta sauce- add to pasta with peas and Parmesan and all it a night! 
7. Tangerine Juice - so fresh and delicious. Only ingredient is tangerine!
8. Organic Popcorn - only 3 ingredients! 
9. Pink and White Cookies- I always buy their seasonal cookies for lunches but I’ve been buying these pink and whites every spring for years!!
