NEW 5 INGREDIENT TRADER JOES FALL DINNER IDEA- PANCETTA & KALE AUTUMNAL HARVEST FARFALLE
💫🍝🥬 it only took me 15 minutes to make and my whole family loved it including my 2 and 5 year old! Full of flavor, so easy, and SO yummy. Let me know if you try it!!

Here’s what you’ll Need:
•1 large or 2 small shallots (about 1/3 cup finely chopped)
•4 oz cubed pancetta
•red pepper flakes & 1 tsp minced garlic (optional)
•1 jar autumnal harvest pasta sauce from Trader Joe’s
•4 cups chopped kale
•1 lb farfalle pasta or pasta of choice
•grated Parmesan for serving, optional

CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE 🎃

Here’s what you’ll need! 👇👇

1 cup almond milk, more as needed
1 large frozen banana (1 1/2 if small)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup rolled oats
1–2 T peanut butter
1 date
1/2 tsp EACH: pumpkin pie spice & cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
ice, as needed
Could always add a scoop of Greek yogurt for added protein

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy!!

HEALTHY PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BITES 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 T almond milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips

For chocolate topping:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 T coconut oil
Maldon sea salt, optional

Combine almond flour, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, & almond milk together until a dough consistency forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press into a 24 cup mini muffin pan (each one about halfway)
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle chocolate on the tops and option to add a little maldon sea salt.
Freeze and enjoy!

•ranch-optional (could also add blue cheese)

Jetted outta town for a few days (thanks to Minnie

Jetted outta town for a few days (thanks to Minnie and Nonna for watching the boys!) before baby #3 arrives in less than 2 months 👶🏼 and it was an actual dream vacay with my love. We were Laguna Beach first timers and fell in love. The Montage was 10/10 and cannot wait to bring the boys back one day. The staff, property, amenities, food, views- ALL OF IT was amazing. Now back home we go and cannot wait to give those little dudes a squeeze 🫶🏻 Love you @alessandrocolarealestate
