Sweet, salty, creamy, crunchy… this Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Salad has all the good stuff! 🍑

Juicy grilled peaches + salty prosciutto + creamy goat cheese + toasted walnuts + fresh basil + red onion, all tossed in a simple balsamic vinaigrette. It’s one of those salads that feels fancy enough for entertaining but is easy enough to make on a weeknight.

A Summer Staple -Burrata with Tomatoes & Prosciutto 🍅🌿

Doesn’t get any easier than this!! Assembled in less than 10 minutes and always a crowd pleaser.

You’ll need:
•a mix of compari tomatoes, quartered and cherry tomatoes, halved
•two balls of fresh burrata
•5-7 slices of prosciutto
•fresh basil
•balsamic drizzle
•olive oil, salt, pepper
•baguette, for serving
