RASPBERRY GIN SMASH 💘💘💘 I’m telling you guys this RASPBERRY GIN SMASH 💘💘💘 I’m telling you guys this is the most delicious cocktail I’ve made in a long time and it’s so simple!!! Only a few ingredients- it’s so vibrant, fresh, and DELICIOUS. The perfect Valentine cocktail if you ask me. I had to use my @dexasintl Ice•ology sphere cubes because it keeps it extra cold while also making it feel a bit fancy. 

This is the most “bar quality” clear ice that I’ve ever tried! And it’s so easy. Ice-ology removes impurities and bubbles during the freezing process, resulting in crystal clear ice. It also is slower melting so doesn’t dilute your cocktails. We love it and use all the time!

6-8 raspberries, muddled 
1 oz st Germaine 
1.5 oz gin 
1/2 T simple syrup, more to taste 
Juice of 1/2 lime 
3-4 mint leaves 

Combine the muddled raspberries with the remaining ingredients and shake very well with ice. Strain over a @dexasintl ice•ology cube and top with prosecco or soda water. Garnish with raspberries and mint and enjoy!!!
