Mango Spinach Immune Boosting Smoothie

This Mango Spinach Immune Boosting Smoothie is my GO-TO green smoothie. It’s easy to make, loaded with nutrients and incredibly refreshing.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Coconut water.
  • Frozen banana.
  • Frozen pineapple.
  • Frozen mango.
  • Cara cara orange. (can also use a clementine)
  • Lemon.
  • Ginger. (I prefer the frozen ginger cubes from trader joe’s because its so easy; I use 2 but that’s up to you!)
  • Cucumber.
  • Agave nectar.
  • Spinach. (or kale)
  • Vanilla collagen protein. (any other vanilla protein works as well!)
  • flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp hearts. (all optional)
  • Ice.

Why I LOVE this smoothie!

  • DELICIOUS- to start off, this smoothie is incredibly flavorful and delicious. The combination of the coconut water, tropical fruits, lemon, ginger, and cucumber is just SO good. You will love it!
  • HYDRATING- the base of the smoothie is coconut water which helps to replenish electrolyte imbalance. It’s also very cleansing and detoxifying, containing important vitamins and minerals.
  • QUICK AND EASY- 10 minutes max is all you will need to make this delicious smoothie, less if you’re efficient!
  • HEALTHY- Not only do I love the taste of this smoothie, I love how filling and nutrient dense it is. It’s LOADED with goodness and I promise you are going to love it.

Mango Spinach Immune Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water, more as needed
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • handful of frozen mango, about 2/3 cup
  • 1 cara cara orange (can also use 1 clementine)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch piece of ginger (I prefer the frozen ginger cubes from trader joe’s because its so easy; I use 2 but that’s up to you!)
  • 3 inch piece of cucumber
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • large handful of spinach (or kale)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla collagen protein (any other vanilla protein works as well!)
  • 1 tsp EACH ground flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp hearts (all optional)
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Add coconut water to your blender followed by all remaining ingredients.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If you want it to be thicker, you can always add more ice if needed.
  3. Pour in a large glass and enjoy!
