In case you missed it, these Cranberry Goat Cheese Crescent Rolls are the best addition to any party this holiday season. They are filled with creamy goat cheese, cranberry relish, fresh thyme, and honey and baked until golden and finished with melted butter. Honestly they couldn’t be easier and always a crowd pleaser.

Per usual, im using my @dexasintl nonstick silicone baking mats and silicone oven mitts. Both would make great Christmas gifts! The mitts are heat proof up to 500 degrees so no more getting burnt through cloth oven mitts! And the baking mats I use for everything- Sheetpan meals, cookies, rolls, etc. both can be found on Amazon or the www.Dexas.com website! These rolls are now on the blog 😎And yes, I need new sheet pans if Santa asks 😅

My whole family LOVES this one skillet Pepperoni Pizza Chicken. It’s EASY. Only 6 Ingredients & so so delicious. Here’s what you’ll need! 👇🏻

2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise into thinner chicken cutlets (about 1.5 lbs)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup pesto (homemade or store-bought)
3/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced into rounds
6–8 slices of pepperoni, more if using smaller pepperonis
Salt + Pepper
Fresh basil, for serving, optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise until you have two thinner “cutlets”. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a few T olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, just until golden. Remove from heat.
Spread a thin layer of pesto onto each piece of chicken, followed by marinara/pizza sauce, mozzarella slices, and pepperoni. Transfer to the pre-heated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. (time may depend on the size of your chicken cutlets)
Garnish with fresh basil and serve!! I love serving with an Arugula salad with balsamic vinaigrette but would also pair well with roasted veggies and pasta!

5 INGREDIENT CRANBERRY GOAT CHEESE CRESCENT ROLLS

Recipe! •Makes 16•
2 rolls crescent roll dough
4 oz goat cheese
1/2 cup cranberry relish
Honey
Fresh thyme
Melted butter, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line Sheetpan with @dexasintl silicone baking mat. Now sold In a 3 pack in-store and online @samsclub more details below.
Roll out crescent dough and spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each one followed by cranberry relish, a drizzle of honey and thyme.
Roll up and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden.
Brush with melted butter and enjoy! Best served warm.
