Scale

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil and arrange rack a notch higher than halfway.  Line rimmed sheetpan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place salmon fillets onto a plate and pat dry with a paper towel.  Season generously with salt & pepper and then add the garlic powder.  Zest the lemon and then set aside we will be adding this to the tops of the fillets.  In a separate small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.  Stir together and spoon over the tops of the salmon as evenly as possible.
  3. Add tomatoes to the sheetpan and toss with a few tsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange salmon between the tomatoes and then carefully drizzle the rest of the marinade over the tops of the salmon followed by the lemon zest.
  5. Transfer to the oven and broil (I do mine a notch higher than halfway) for 8-10 minutes until salmon is cooked, golden, and tomatoes are bursting.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with a squeeze of lemon.  Enjoy!!!
