Ingredients
4– 6 oz center cut salmon fillets (this recipe works great with 3 fillets as well if you don’t need 4)
Preheat oven to broil and arrange rack a notch higher than halfway. Line rimmed sheetpan with parchment paper and set aside.
Place salmon fillets onto a plate and pat dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt & pepper and then add the garlic powder. Zest the lemon and then set aside we will be adding this to the tops of the fillets. In a separate small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Stir together and spoon over the tops of the salmon as evenly as possible.
