I’ve been making these peach mango salsa for years and it always hits the spot.  COMMENT “dip” for full recipe details!

Here’s what you’ll need!
Coconut water 
Banana 
Frozen mango 
Orange 
Pineapple 
Spinach 
Ginger 
Collagen powder 
Ice
SUMMER SALADS 🥗🙌 starting with a favorite- Italian SUMMER SALADS 🥗🙌 starting with a favorite- Italian Herbed Salad with Garlic Breadcrumbs 

Obviously using my favorite salad bowl @dexasintl the Signature Salad Bowl. A must have! 

5-6 cups Mixed Greens (I like the baby spring mix from Central Market or the Herbed mix from Trader Joe’s)
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, more as desired 
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1-2 lemons, to taste.  You can always add more!
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt + cracked pepper to taste
Grated parmesan, I didn’t measure this, just kept adding until it felt right :) 
 
For the breadcrumbs:
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Butter
