Set aside 10 minutes today to make this homemade g Set aside 10 minutes today to make this homemade granola! Great for snacking, on top of yogurt bowls, smoothies, apples with nut butter etc.

These @dexasintl silicone baking mats are a must in the kitchen. I love that they are a simple and healthy alternative to cooking oils and sprays and they are more eco friendly than parchment paper or foil. They are dishwasher safe and re-usable. I use them for everything! You can get 10% off the entire Dexas website using code TIPPS10.

COMMENT “GRANOLA” and I’ll have the recipe sent straight over! Promise your family will love having this around!

HI EVERYONE! For those that are new here, I’m Lind HI EVERYONE! For those that are new here, I’m Lindsay! I haven’t re-introduced myself in ages so I felt like now was a good time. ❤️As my son says (see last pic) HAPPY NOO YEER! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are settling into new routines!

A few things about me:

•I’m a 36 year old mom to 3 little boys.
•I live in Dallas, TX with my husband, Alessandro, and our boys, Piero (6), Enzo (4), and Matteo (1). I’m from Oklahoma but Texas now feels like home 🤠
•I started this blog as a passion project in 2016 and took it full time when I had my first son in 2019. I’m proud of how far I’ve come being a one woman show but hope to add someone to my team this year (let me know if you’re interested! 😉)
•I love sharing easy, mostly healthy, and approachable recipes for those that are busy or are a little intimidated in the kitchen.
•A cookbook is definitely a goal & dream of mine. Maybe once I have a little more time on my hands I will make that happen 🤞
•I am type B through and through. My phone is always low battery, I wait til the last second to get gas, and too many plans stress me out. It definitely stresses my husband (and type A friends out), But it’s always worked out for me 😂
•I have over 600 recipes on the blog and there are some really good oldies but goodies so definitely rake a peek!
•I am a stay at home mom while also working during naps so my work ebbs and flows but I know it’s only a season so I try to embrace it and share what I can.
•We took the boys to Italy this summer to meet their Italian family and it was the best. Definitely not easy with littles but so worth it!
•I LOVE to have a good time 🥂💃 but I also love to meditate, workout and an early bedtime with my kindle & cup of tea 🫖👵🏻
•I also love to laugh- i have a belly laugh that I’ve had my whole life and even had the nickname giggles ever since I was 18 months old.
•this year I hope to share more easy, attainable, & delicious recipes with you, easy hosting tips, bits of motherhood, and more.

I would love to hear from you! Whether it’s what you want to see more of, recipes you’ve made and loved, or just to say hi! 👋
Looking forward to a really amazing year! 💕

✨2025✨ what.a.year! We adjusted to life as a fam o ✨2025✨ what.a.year! We adjusted to life as a fam of 5, watched these babes grow, took the boys on a special trip to Italy to meet family, lots of fun adventures, and honestly just tried to embrace the season of life we are in with 3 littles, which meant less work for me and that’s okay because as the song says someday we will dream about today 🥹 I have big hopes and dreams for this business of mine but these babes grow so dang quick so soaking it all up while also trying to do what I love. Thank you all for being here, some from the beginning, and some new. Every comment, like, share, blog visits and comments- i am endlessly grateful and also proud of how far I’ve come being a one woman show. I’m more motivated than ever to make 2026 an incredible one sharing so many new recipes and life in between. Love you all- HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🥳
