Orange Pomegranate Mocktail with pomegranate airily and fresh rosemary in a wine glass

This non-alcoholic holiday mocktail recipe is light, refreshing and perfect for everyone in the family! The key to making this Mocktail feel fun & festive are the holiday flavors and garnishes.

A touch of orange, lime, and pomegranate make it incredibly refreshing, and the fresh sprig of rosemary and sprinkle of pomegranate arils just shout holidays!

I love using my Dexas ice•ology Silicone Clear Ice Maker when making Mocktail’s at home because it makes them feel just a little fancier. You get bar quality super clear ice right in the comfort of your own home! It just makes this pomegranate drink that much better.

Ice-ology removes any impurities and bubbles during the freezing process, resulting in crystal clear ice for your fancy beverages.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Topo Chico. Or sparkling water, club soda, etc.
  • Lime Juice. Fresh is always best! Also a few wedges for serving.
  • Pomegranate Juice.
  • Pomegranate Airils.
  • Orange Juice and slices for serving.
  • Simple Syrup. Make your own and store in the fridge for future cocktails! Boil 1 cup sugar + 1 cup water until sugar dissolves. Let cool and store in a mason jar. Easy peasy.
  • Fresh Rosemary. I love adding fresh herbs as garnish in cocktails. Fresh mint leaves would be a delicious alternative also!
  • Ice. (ice•ology Silicone Clear Ice Maker if you’re feeling fancy!)

How to make this tasty pomegranate orange mocktail:

First, fill a large wine glass up with ice and then add an orange slice inside against one of the sides. I personally love lining the inside of a large wine glass with an orange slice not only because it looks gorgeous, but the orange continues to infuse the Mocktail as you sip. YUM.

In a separate glass, combine the topo Chico, lime juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup and stir to combine. Pour over ice. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, fresh rosemary or mint, and enjoy!!

I love my ice•ology Silicone Clear Ice Maker. It’s really simple to use! Just fill the tray and silicone base molds with water. Lower cube molds into the water and freeze for 12 hours. Lift molds to remove ice and enjoy!

Recipe Variations:

There are many ways to jazz up this pomegranate & orange mocktail depending on what you have on hand.

  • Ginger ale or ginger beer in place of topo chico to add a touch of fizz.
  • Flavored sparkling water instead of plain.
  • Frozen cranberries instead of pomegranate airils.
  • Agave nectar or honey in place of simple syrup.
  • Cranberry juice instead of pomegranate orange juice.

I hope you enjoy this Mocktail as much as I do!! 9 Months pregnant + Thanksgiving = THIS MOCKTAIL all day long!!
