Mango Acai Smoothie Bowl

This weekend has been uncomfortably warm and humid in Texas which obvi immediately calls for a cold & refreshing smoothie bowl. This Mango filled smoothie bowl is nutritious and delicious, and is absolutely perfect for a warm summer day.

Topped with freshly cut mango chunks and freeze dried strawberries, it’s the perfect combination of creamy & crunchy.  You only need to dedicate 5 short minutes to this bowl  and you’ll be instantly transported to tropical heaven.

Mango Acai Smoothie Bowl

  • Yield: 2 1x

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen acai packet
  • 1/2 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 c vanilla almond milk
  • 1 T coconut butter
  • 2 tsp agave nectar

Toppings:

  • Freeze dried strawberries
  • Sliced Banana
  • Fresh Mango, Cubed
  • Granola (I used Coconut Chia Cereal)
  • Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth; top with mango, freeze dried strawberries, granola, banana slices, and chia seeds.
