Watermelon Radish and Avocado Carpaccio

  • 1/21 watermelon radish, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 large haas avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 23 c fresh arugula
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Drizzle of red wine vinaigrette
  • Cilantro, as garnish


  1. Add a layer of arugula to your plate or serving platter, followed by sliced watermelon radish, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil & red wine vinegar, and then garnish with cilantro.
