Heat Olive oil in a medium sized non-stick skillet over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add turkey and cook, breaking up with the back of your spoon until fully cooked and crumbly.
Add onion, garlic, and spices; stir and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken broth and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes or so.
Spoon taco meat into each romaine cup followed by desired toppings.
