Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large rimmed sheetpan with parchment paper, foil, or a silicone baking mat (my personal preference)
Add sweet potato, bell pepper, carrots, and chicken sausage to sheetpan.
In a separate small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir until combined. Pour over veggies and chicken sausage and toss until everything is evenly coated. Bake for 15 minutes.
Add broccoli to sheetpan and drizzle the broccoli with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for an additional 15-17 minutes, until veggies are tender.
Add shaved parmesan and bake another 1-2 minutes, until melted.
