3 T simple syrup, plus more for frosting the cranberries and rosemary
2 T cointreau
3/4 cup cranberry juice
Rosemary Springs and Fresh cranberries, as garnish
Salt or tajin, for the rim
a few T granulated sugar
Instructions
To make the frosted cranberries and rosemary, add to a bowl and toss with a few tablespoons simple syrup. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle all over with sugar. Let dry and then use as garnishes.
To make the cocktail, add first 3 ingredients to your cocktail shaker and muddle the jalapeños allowing them to release juices and infuse the tequila. Add remaining ingredients, along with ice and shake for 30-40 seconds.
Pour over ice and garnish with rosemary, cranberries and lime.
