Healthy Mini Chocolate Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease silicone muffin tray or line with muffin cups.
  2. Mash Bananas directly into a large mixing bowl then add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.  Toss until combined and no clumps remain.
  3. Scoop batter into each muffin cup filling a little more than halfway.  *see note
  4. Top each one with a few mini chocolate chips and then transfer to the oven for 9-11 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 
  5. Enjoy!!
