Fried Egg Tostadas with Tomatillo Mango Salsa

- 4 Tostada Shells
- 4 eggs
- 1– 15 oz can refried black beans
- 1/4 c queso fresco
- 1/2 c roasted tomatillo and mango salsa
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Cook the beans on the stovetop with a little added salt until warm and creamy; meanwhile, prepare all other toppings.
- Lightly fry 4 eggs.
- Generously spread black beans onto each tostada shell, followed by fried egg, queso fresco, cilantro, salsa, and avocado. Serve with lime wedges.
