Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 c frozen Mango + a few for topping
  • 1 c frozen strawberries + a few for topping
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 c coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 c granola, for topping
  • 3 T shaved unsweetened coconut, for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the granola and shaved coconut until smooth
  2. Top with granola, coconut, strawberry, Mango, and a drizzle of agave nectar.
