Make Ahead Kid-Friendly Smoothies (2 ways)
These make ahead smoothie recipes are so incredibly flavorful and FULL of antioxidants and vitamin C. Your toddler (and you) will love them!

Ingredients
Strawberry Pomegranate (makes one toddler sized smoothie)
- 2/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 clementine, peeled
- 1/2 banana (frozen if making right away)
- 4 strawberries (frozen if making right away)
- Small handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 SpoonfulONE Mix-in packet or scoop
Chocolate Banana (Makes one toddler sized smoothie)
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk)
- 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
- 1 date
- Small handful spinach
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 SpoonfulONE Mix-in packet or scoop
Instructions
Strawberry Pomegranate:
- If you are making the smoothie right away, add everything to your blender and blend til smooth. If you are making a freezer pack, add clementine, banana, strawberries, spinach, and chia seeds to a ziplock or stasher bag and place in freezer.
- When you are ready to make a smoothie, add the freezer pack directly to your blender along with pomegranate juice and a scoop of spoonfulONE mix-in powder. Blend until smooth, enjoy!
Chocolate Banana:
- If you are making right away, add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. If you are making a freezer pack, add banana, cocoa powder, date, spinach, peanut butter, and chia seeds to a ziplock or stasher bag and place in the freezer.
- When you are ready to make a smoothie, add all contents of freezer bag to blender in addition to milk and spoonfulONE mix in powder. Enjoy!!
Notes:
Smoothie packs will last in the freezer for up to 3 months, so make as many as you’d like! It will make your mornings a breeze!
