Cranberry Pistachio Date Bars

Instructions

  1. Line 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add nuts to blender, and blend for 1 minute until the nuts have crumbled.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, and blend for another minute or so, until a sticky mixture has formed.
  4. Using your hands, distribute evenly onto parchment paper in pan to create a square.
  5. Place in fridge for 45 minutes- 1 hour (or freeze for 15-20 minutes)
  6. Cut into bars & Enjoy!

Notes:

These bars will keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
