How in the world is it already almost mid-June? It’s so crazy to me how quickly the time flies, and my parents definitely weren’t kidding when they said the time goes faster as you get older. This is just pure craziness. We’ve really gotta embrace every moment because life is short, people! This Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Bowl is the summertime embrace I’ve been looking for.
If you’ve never spent a summer in Texas before, then you may want to keep it that way. Unless you just love the heat, then come on over! Don’t get me wrong, I love summer time and all of the pool parties, ice cream, and grilling sessions that come with it, however, I don’t love getting in my car and seeing 118 degrees on my dash. That’s just taking it to the next level. We haven’t reached that point just yet, but we all know it’s comin! Anywho, back to the star of the show- Strawberry Kiwi Kale Smoothie Bowl amazingness.
As you know, smoothie bowls make an appearance in my kitchen year round, but especially in the warmer months. That Vitamix is fixing to be fired up on the daily. Oh, and have I told you about my new Coconut Bowls? Best.purchase.ever. They are eco friendly, made out of real coconut shells, and are my absolute favorite. You can also use them for soups, salads, and so much more.
This smoothie bowl is loaded with nutrients and really quick to prepare. I keep a lot of smoothie bowl necessities on hand because they last for awhile and don’t perish quickly.
