Sneaky Veggie Pancakes for Babies and Toddlers

  1. Add rolled oats to blender or food processor and blend until a powder like consistency, (about 30-40 seconds). 
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  
  3. Heat coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.  Working in batches, drop batter by tablespoons into skillet.  Cook until bubbles appear or golden on the bottom, flip, and cook another 45 seconds-1 minute until other side is golden.  
  4. Store in fridge for 5-7 days or in freezer (*see notes) for 3 months.  Enjoy!! 


*Adding these packets is only necessary if you are doing early allergen introduction. Please consult with your pediatrician. You can add all SpoonfulONE packets to the entire batch of batter or you can add a packet to a smaller batch of batter just before cooking.
