Ingredients
FOR THE TUNA:
- 2- 5 oz ahi tuna filets
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T black sesame seeds
- 1 T white sesame seeds
FOR THE BOWLS:
- 1 c cooked white rice
- 1/2 c shredded carrots
- 1/2 c shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 c shelled edamame
- 1 c cucumber, cubed
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- sriracha, optional
FOR THE SESAME SOY SAUCE:
- 1/4 c soy sauce or tamari
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
