This 30 Minute Boursin Tomato Pasta will literally knock your socks off! SO easy and insanely delicious.

Ingredients You’ll Need:
This Baked Boursin tomato pasta is melt in your mouth AMAZING. Here is what you will need.
- Cherry tomatoes. Grape tomatoes are great too.
- Boursin cheese.
- Garlic cloves.
- Shallot.
- Parsley.
- Red pepper flakes.
- Olive oil.
- Pasta of choice. (I like bucatini but spaghetti, linguine, penne, or any other kind works!)
- Fresh Basil.
- Reserved pasta water.
- Parmesan.

How to make this easy Boursin Pasta:
I love a simple tomato pasta recipe and this one is simply amazing! If you were a fan of the baked feta pasta, you must try this one next!
- Add tomatoes, shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil to a greased casserole dish. Toss to combine.
- Next, nestle in the two Boursin cheese rounds into the tomatoes. Transfer the baking dish to the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While the tomatoes and cheese are baking, cook your pasta! Reserve a little pasta water before draining.
- When tomatoes and cheese are finished, remove from the oven and use a spoon to combine it all together- SO CREAMY!! Add the cooked pasta, fresh basil, and pasta water to the dish and toss to combine until really creamy.
- Serve with lots of fresh parmesan and enjoy!!

30 Minute Boursin Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes (20 oz)
- 2– 5 oz rounds of Boursin cheese
- 7 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, roughly chopped
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1/2 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
- Big drizzle of olive oil
- 1 lb pasta of choice (I like bucatini but spaghetti, linguine, penne, or any other kind works!)
- 8–10 basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup reserved pasta water
- Fresh shaved parmesan, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 and grease an 8 x 11 casserole dish.
- To casserole dish, add tomatoes, shallots, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt + pepper, and a big drizzle of olive oil. Toss to combine.
- Nestle both rounds of Boursin cheese into the tomatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and cheese melty.
- Meanwhile, Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta per instructions on package. Reserve 2/3 cup pasta water before draining.
- Toss it all together until really creamy. Top with lots of fresh grated parmesan and serve!!
Notes:
*This makes a big portion great for a group, however the recipe works great cut in half also!
