TIPPS for the perfect Spring Cheese Board are here! But first things first- did you all have a good Easter/Passover/whatever it is you celebrate? I sure hope so! We had a big Easter gathering at my brother and sister-in-law’s house, and like most Cola family gatherings, we had way way way too much fun! If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen my instagram stories of the epic Breadstick Challenge we had that Luciano ended up winning. I had bought breadsticks at the Italian market for this here Cheese Board, but don’t you worry, I bought an extra box for the sole purpose of having a breadstick challenge with the fam. I meannnnnn, who knew eating breadsticks as fast as humanly possible would be SO freaking hilarious/fun? I would highly recommend it for your next gathering if you want to spice things up a bit.
